Nuovo album 2013 di musica rock di Bon Jovi intitolato What About Now. Tra gli album più attesi di questo Marzo 2013 vi è certamente il nuovo progetto discografico dei Bon Jovi, dal titolo "What about now", in vendita proprio dal 13 Marzo nei negozi di tutto il mondo e anticipato dal singolo presentato a gennaio anche in Italia "Because we can". La band del New Jersey torna dopo tre anni di assenza con un progetto musicale ricco di messaggi e impegno anche a livello sociale, che diffonderà ai suoi fans di tutto il mondo grazie anche ad un maxi-tour mondiale, intitolato emblematicamente proprio "Because we can -- The tour", iniziato a febbraio in California e che vedrà il gruppo esibirsi il 29 giugno anche in Italia, a Milano. La rockstar Jon Bon Jovi e la sua band, ispirano infatti i loro testi alla grave crisi economica che sta affliggendo in questo periodo i paesi di tutto il mondo, costretti a vivere un periodo storico davvero tormentato. Steel Horse Channel THE DISTANCE + recensione BOUNCE

The distance, una canzone a parer nostro fantastica... vogliamo postare la recensione dell'album Bounce uscita, ormai qualche anno fa sul sito www.debaser.it:

 - A suggello di una ormai conquistata dignità agli occhi (e ai timpani) di coloro che non li avevano mai presi abbastanza sul serio, i Bon Jovi calano nuovamente l'asso Desmond Child (con loro fin dai tempi del blasonato "Slippery When Wet"), probabilmente il più grande compositore di hit-single rock contemporaneo. Così "The Distance", partorita appunto dall'affiatato trio Bon Jovi/Sambora/Child, ammalia e seduce, con linee melodiche tanto semplici quanto efficaci. "Undivided" colpisce immediatamente con veementi raffiche heavy, ergendo un solido muro del suono. Rimanendo in tema, "Everyday" innesta un poderoso mid-tempo che non ha nulla da invidiare ai passati successi della band, santificando la strada intrapresa con gli ultimi singoli da classifica della band (modello "It's My Life", tanto per intenderci). In generale l'album registra il solito slancio rock tipico della band, preservando l'indubbia vivacità glamour-pop che l'italoamericano John Bon Jovi sa impartire alle sue linee vocali. E proprio questa sua naturale vocazione che riscatta molti episodi piuttosto scontati, come "Joey", quasi un'outtake del suo ultimo lavoro solista, o "Hook Me Up" (che adoro). (...) -
